• To reserve or book, only a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required--payable thru Western Union or any other means allowed by SLR management.

• Rates are subject to change (specially during peak seasons).

• Security Deposit: For bookings of less than two months, P3,000.00 is required upon check-in and refunded upon check-out.

• Additional guests (in excess of maximum allowed) more than 5 years of age may be charged P350.00 each, per night of stay.

• Cleaning Services: P500.00 per occasion.     Free cleaning once a week for bookings of    at least one month.

• For bookings of two months or less, payment  of rent in full is due upon check-in and hand over of keys. 

• Initial payment for bookings of more than two months shall consist of 2 months' advance (first and last month's) rent.

• Weekly and daily rates are inclusive of  water and electricity but not to exceed P100.00/day or P3,000.00 /month. Utility consumption in excess of such, and all other incidental charges and damages,  may have to be  billed, paid in cash, or deducted from the Security Deposit upon chech-out.
